Code of Ethics

  • Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to you which of these are required immediately to correct existing problems and which are for preventative maintenance.

  • If requested, offer you an estimate for work to be performed.

  • Make every effort to keep you informed about appointments and completion deadlines.

  • Provide an itemised invoice for parts and services, priced fairly, which clearly identifies any used or re-conditioned parts. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.

  • Provide and honour when available manufacturer warranties.

  • Exercise responsible care for your vehicle while it is being serviced.

  • Make every effort to fix your vehicle right the 'first time'.

  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer complaints.

  • Uphold the high standards of the profession and seek to correct any or all abuses within the automotive industry.
